Our patent-pending technology uniquely recycles both pure and blended fibers like polycotton without sacrificing quality. Energy-efficient and cost-effective, it produces yarns with the same quality and feel as virgin textile, at same price, supporting a closed-loop textile system
We’re scaling our team and seeking a Business Operations Manager to support the founder in managing and growing the company. You’ll play a crucial role in driving Renasens forward, both working with strategic initiatives as well as rolling up sleeves and doing hands-on operational work.
Role responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Partner with the founder to set and track operational strategies, goals, and performance metrics.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement and streamline processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and support scaling.
- Financial management: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Project Management: Lead key projects, ensuring smooth execution and meeting deadlines, and implement project management best practice.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, customers, and collaborators.
- Talent Support: Assist with hiring and onboarding and HR structure and processes for a great candidate experience.
- Market Research: Conduct research on customers, suppliers, regulations, and competitors.

Risk & Compliance: Identify risks and ensure policies meet regulatory standard.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of operations excellent track record in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communicator in Swedish (native) and English (fluent)
- Problem-solver with a strategic, analytical mindset
- Financial experience with budgeting, financial analysis and reports
- Tech-savvy, familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, and Slack
- Enthusiastic about startups, innovation, and impactful entrepreneurship
- Self-motivated team player, able to work closely with founder and stakeholders
- Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm
- Bonus: Experience in sustainability, textiles, or previous startup roles.
